We’re recruiting buyer’s agents to streamline the journey and make the market work for our clients.
Maker Advisory buyer’s agents support clients purchasing properties from start to finish. This end-to-end support includes understanding requirements, preparing a brief, researching the market, sourcing and appraising target properties, shortlisting, making offers or bidding at auction, and facilitating exchange and settlement.
About You.
Are you tenacious, passionate and empathic, with a high level of communication, business development, sales, customer service, and networking skills?
Do people describe you as a people-person, who operates with integrity, courtesy and an unwavering commitment to always putting clients’ interests first?
A background in real estate is not essential; however, you must have an in-depth knowledge of local markets and a sound understanding of property investing.
