To find a substantial family home to bring together a blended family with four children.

To secure a home within a tight time-frame during the Covid property boom, or release the buyer to buy another nearby home at auction three days later.

The Story. 

A newly blended family engaged us to help them buy their first home together during a surging market.

They fell in love with one particular property but were convinced they would never secure it, with 30 other groups waiting to inspect and properties selling for well above asking at the time.

With another property of interest going to 'best and final offer' on the Tuesday, they did not want to miss what they knew was 'the one', so we positioned ourselves to make a compelling and unconditional offer first thing Monday morning, with contracts unconditionally exchanged by 4pm.

A strong relationship with our solicitor was key to getting the deal done ahead of other buyers.
