A popular Australian TV personality, who is incredibly time poor, engaged us to conduct a detailed search for a property to kick-start his investment portfolio.

The property had to be a place he would not only be proud to live in himself, but which would also prove to be a lucrative investment.

We viewed some spectacular properties boasting Sydney Harbour views, but the COVID price surge saw them sell for well above asking price putting them out of reach.

By adjusting the requirements we secured a top-floor one-bedroom apartment which offered a great rental yield plus the added bonus of stunning Harbour, Bridge and Opera House views.
