The Brief.

Find a 2-bedroom unit within walking distance to the beach, to be used as a holiday home when UK-based clients visit and as a short-term rental at other times.

The Strategy. 

With our clients based in the UK, this meant working around time differences and ensuring they could inspect properties remotely, as well as connecting them with a solicitor who could turn things around quickly when required.

It was unclear if the existing tenant in the purchased property would remain, and to assist we introduced our clients to a property management team to manage their investment for them.

The Story. 

Our clients were seeking a location with a village vibe where they could walk to the beach.

They fell in love with Freshwater, a blue chip suburb on Sydney's Northern Beaches, but after a fruitless six-month search didn't think they would be able to buy there.

After enlisting Anthony from Maker Advisory, he was able to find and secure them a property matching their brief within six weeks.
