Calling on our relationships with key agents in the Eastern Suburbs, we were able to secure an off-market purchase with a delayed settlement to allow for the sale of the client's Paddington terrace.

The Story. 

Having purchased this client's last home, the Maker team was again enlisted when he decided to relocate from his Paddington terrace to a stylish apartment with lock-up-and-go convenience.

After a three-week search the ideal property was found, and a deal negotiated allowing time for the vendors to secure their next move, and for our team to act as vendor advocate for the client's Paddington terrace sale.

The transaction’s crowning glory was the simultaneous settlement of the client's old and new properties, allowing him to easily move ahead of a scheduled trip to Dubai the following week.
